About The Research...

We are looking for people to take part in the development of a new medicine for Parkinson’s Disease.  There is currently no cure for Parkinson’s so research into new and improved treatments is vital.

As Parkinson’s affects the whole brain and not just the movement-related centres, it also causes a range of symptoms which include mood and emotional regulation, as well as thinking and cognition.

This pilot study will allow us to clarify some of the beneficial characteristics of a potential new drug in Parkinson’s. This would have a huge impact on the lives of many people living with Parkinson’s today.

Reimbursement: You will be paid for your time and commitment to the study. Reasonable travel expenses such as travel by taxi, are also reimbursed, and food is provided during long study visits if needed.
