About This clinical research study

If you, or a loved one, have a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or Alzheimer’s Disease (AD), sometimes referred to as Alzheimer’s or Alzheimer’s dementia you may be interested in a clinical Alzheimer’s trial running at MAC Clinical Research, investigating a potential Alzheimer’s Disease treatment.

Clinical research plays a vital role in advancing medicine. However, we understand that registering for a trial – whether as a participant or a caregiver -can feel stressful. It’s important to remember that registering does not mean that you have to take part. If you choose to participate, you will be supported throughout by trained MAC staff, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason.

MAC Clinical Research is currently conducting a study investigating a potential new treatment for Alzheimer’s disease – a condition that affects around 55 million people worldwide.

This study is evaluating an investigational therapy designed to reach the brain more effectively than existing treatments.
